What it is

A job board that gathers technology roles at nonprofits into one searchable place, with automated Greenhouse adapters, an operator-gated refresh, and honesty about which sources are still manual.

Why I built it

Nonprofit tech jobs are scattered across dozens of career pages; mission-driven engineers had nowhere central to look.

What went wrong

    Honest about the gaps
    Broke
    Only three org feeds could be ingested automatically at launch; the rest had no API.
    Why
    Greenhouse exposes clean listings; several target orgs use closed or bespoke systems.
    Fix
    Automated Wikimedia, Khan Academy, and CodePath, and left visible manual placeholders for Code for America, Mozilla, CanadaHelps, Open North, and GiveDirectly so the coverage gap stays honest instead of hidden.
